POSTAGE & SHIPPING CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All orders received before 4.00pm are shipped the same day unless otherwise stated. We have a minimum postage and packaging charge of £2.50. Royal Mail postage prices are calculated mostly by weight but sometimes by size. All Royal Mail deliveries will be first class unless requested otherwise. First class post is uninsured and untrackable and will be sent at customers risk.

Most First Class post arrives next day but some can take up to 10 days. We cannot trace, refund or replace lost packages. If you require trackable and insured shipping please request it when ordering. For heavier or bulkier items it may be more economical to use Courier delivery.

There are two alternatives:

1. Items of total up to 5 Kg that will fit into a plastic goods bag of approx 18in x 14in cost £7.25 and...
2. Any quantity of items packed into a box or carton weighing up to 10 Kg costs £8.

Unusually large or heavy items may cost slightly more. Courier delivery is usually next day but can sometimes take up to three days and will require a signature.

International shipping of items under 2 Kg will be by Royal Mail and your local national mail ‘Signed-For’ service.

Heavier consignments will usually be sent by International Courier and will be quoted individually. International deliveries can take a couple of weeks or more.

SHORTAGES & RETURNS

We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to £10 or 10% whichever is greater on returned goods. We cannot refund any item that has been cut from a roll, length or sheet; eg. Hose, Trim etc.

Shortages and errors must be reported within 14 days of Invoice date.

Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of Invoice date in as-new condition including original undamaged packaging and a copy of the original sales receipt/ invoice.
